Contact / Dispatch
Need someone on site?
Send the scope.
Business, MSP, and corporate IT service requests are reviewed based on scope, location, timing, and required travel.
Service Request
Send enough detail to scope it correctly.
For the fastest response, include the service location, desired date/time, equipment involved, what needs to be completed, and who ByteShifter should coordinate with.
- 01LocationFull service address or city / site name.
- 02ScopeWhat needs installed, replaced, moved, or troubleshot.
- 03EquipmentDevice types, quantities, models, or asset details if known.
- 04TimingPreferred date, time window, and any deadline.
- 05ContactsOn-site contact and remote IT contact when applicable.
- 06AccessCheck-in, security, parking, PPE, or site requirements.
Do you accept same-day or emergency work?
Availability depends on location, existing appointments, and scope. Send the request with the required service window and ByteShifter will confirm whether it can be accepted.
How are travel charges handled?
Travel is quoted based on the service location and project scope. Longer-distance work may also require a minimum service commitment.
Can an MSP or corporate IT team dispatch you directly?
Yes. Include the approved scope, site contact, remote technical contact, and any required check-in or closeout process.
Do you need administrator credentials?
Not for every job. When credentials or privileged changes are required, they should remain controlled by the customer’s authorized IT team and provided through their approved process.
