About Me
My name is Ron McCune, and I am the creator and owner of ByteShifter Technologies. I work professionally in IT support, helping people solve computer, software, account, network, printer, and other technology problems.
ByteShifter began as a signature I added to my coding projects during my first semester at Kent State University in spring 2024. I kept the name and later used it when I decided to create my own local computer repair and IT support business.
I began my professional IT career in September 2025 and continue building hands-on experience with computers, software, networks, printers, user accounts, and other technology systems.
My goal is to build ByteShifter Technologies into a dependable local business that grows alongside my skills and experience.
Professional Background
I am also pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology at Kent State University with a concentration in Cybersecurity and Forensics.
