Professional Field Support
Technical enough for IT.
Clear enough for everyone else.
ByteShifter Technologies is built around hands-on IT support: showing up prepared, following the scope, troubleshooting methodically, communicating with technical teams, and leaving the site with the work verified and documented.
The focus is implementation and field execution—not pretending every job requires a full managed-services contract or a network redesign.
FAQ
Before you dispatch.
Do you work with an existing MSP or internal IT department?
Yes. That is a core part of the service model. ByteShifter can perform approved on-site work while coordinating with your remote technical team.
Do you provide advanced network design?
The current focus is installation, deployment, replacement, physical-layer troubleshooting, and smart-hands support. Advanced network architecture can remain with your network engineer or MSP.
Can you set up equipment at an employee's home?
Yes. Company-provided computers, docks, monitors, printers, peripherals, and local connectivity can be installed and tested at remote employee workspaces.
How far do you travel?
Selected projects are accepted within approximately 2.5 hours of the Warren / Champion area. Travel charges depend on distance and are confirmed before scheduling.
Can you handle multi-device or multi-workstation deployments?
Yes. Small office deployments, workstation refreshes, peripheral rollouts, and similar projects can be quoted based on the number of devices, site requirements, and expected time on site.
What information should I send for a field-service request?
Include the site location, preferred date/time, scope of work, equipment involved, on-site contact, remote technical contact if applicable, and any access or check-in requirements.
What if I need an IT service that isn't listed?
Contact ByteShifter Technologies and describe what you need. Services are not limited to the examples listed on the website. If the request involves computers, networks, Wi-Fi, printers, peripherals, business technology, hardware installation, troubleshooting, equipment replacement, or other on-site technical work within our capabilities, we can review the project and determine whether ByteShifter is a good fit.
