What This Service Includes

Compatibility Check

The computer is checked to determine which SSD or storage drive type, size, and connection are compatible.

Drive Installation

The new SSD or storage drive is installed securely using the proper connection and mounting method.

Drive Cloning

When possible, the existing Windows installation, programs, settings, and files are copied to the new drive.

Data Migration

Personal files can be transferred from the old drive when a complete drive clone is not available or recommended.

Windows Setup

Windows is configured to start from the new drive, and required updates or drivers are installed.

Final Testing

The new drive, Windows startup, available storage, file access, and basic system performance are tested.

Before Service Begins

Data Condition

Drive cloning and file transfer depend on the condition of the existing drive. A failing or damaged drive may not allow all data to be copied.

Drive Compatibility

Computers may use different drive sizes and connections, including SATA, M.2 SATA, and M.2 NVMe.

Account Access and Encryption

Windows account access, Microsoft account verification, or a BitLocker recovery key may be required. Customers should enter passwords and verification codes themselves.
