Before Service Begins

Printer Information

Have the printer brand, model number, power adapter, ink or toner, and setup materials available.

Network Information

The Wi-Fi network name and access to the router may be required. Customers should be prepared to enter network passwords themselves.

Computer Access

Access to each computer that needs the printer installed is required during the service.
